Rose Amuso Ayee

Finance Officer

Rose is a highly experienced accountant with deep expertise in financial management within the non-governmental organization (NGO) sector. She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Uganda Christian University (formerly Uganda Catholic Social Training Centre) and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Administrative Management from NIBM, with a specialization in Financial Reporting and Risk Management. Rose also holds partial accreditation from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has continued to build her expertise through advanced studies in Digital Finance. She has completed numerous USAID- and DFID-sponsored trainings designed specifically for non-profit financial management, further strengthening her ability to navigate the complex financial and compliance requirements of development organizations. With a strong foundation in financial reporting, risk management, and donor compliance, Rose brings a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to addressing the unique financial challenges faced by NGOs.

Philippah Sampson

International People & Support Assistant

Philippah joins us from Solidaridad West Africa and Neekuba Company Limited, where she contributed to advancing HR systems, streamlining administration, and supporting international operations. Her understanding of organisational efficiency and people-first processes will be invaluable in supporting our internal support infrastructure. Outside work, Philippah enjoys watching movies and spending time with friends and family.

Sheila Sintim

Administrative Assistant

Sheila Sintim is the Administrative Assistant at WSUP Ghana, providing essential operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office. She strengthens team efficiency through her organisational skills, attention to detail, and coordination of internal communication. Passionate about WSUP’s mission, Sheila contributes to the successful delivery of water and sanitation projects that improve lives across Ghana.

Prosper A.B. Ayande

Business Development Lead

Prosper A.B. Ayande is a seasoned Business Development professional at over a decade of experience in driving strategic growth and partnerships in the WASH sector. His expertise lies in developing and implementing business strategies that enhance operational efficiency and expand market reach for water and sanitation services. Prosper holds an Executive MBA and advanced certifications in monitoring and evaluation, reinforcing his data-driven approach to decision-making. He has successfully forged collaborations with key stakeholders, resulting in innovative solutions that benefit underserved communities. Prosper is committed to advancing WSUP's mission of improving urban water and sanitation access through sustainable business practices.

Jacob Asiedu

Financial Accountant

Jacob is a chartered accountant with years of experience in Accounting and Finance. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration, with specialisation in Finance. Before joining WSUP, Jacob perfected his skills in accounting, finance, and budgeting across a diverse, competitive business environment in the private sector. He is highly passionate about using accurate financial data and effective controls to support organisational efficiency, accountability, and sustainable impact.  He also enjoys exploring technologies, productivity tools, and professional development opportunities that improve efficiency and support better ways of working. Jacob is highly committed to the vision and mission of WSUP to make a meaningful impact in society.

Martha Azaratu Tia-Adjei

Project Coordinator

Martha is a highly experienced development practitioner with over 20 years of expertise in the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) sector. Throughout her career, she has held a range of leadership and technical positions, including Regional Director of the Environmental Health and Sanitation Unit in Ghana's Northern Region and Project Officer at the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development. Most recently, she served as WASH Specialist for the USAID-funded Enhancing WASH Activity at Global Communities Ghana. Over the past decade, Martha has been a leading advocate for menstrual health and hygiene, spearheading initiatives in schools and communities and contributing to national efforts to eliminate taxes on menstrual hygiene products. She has also played a key role in improving WASH services in healthcare facilities and championing programmes that enhance the wellbeing of vulnerable and underserved populations across Ghana. Martha holds a Master of Public Health from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a BA (Hons) in Integrated Development Studies from the University for Development Studies, Wa, and a Diploma in Environmental Health and Sanitation. She has also undertaken specialised training in communications, management and facilitation, further strengthening her ability to lead, influence and drive sustainable development outcomes.

Seth Abraham Awinime

Seth Abraham Awinime is an experienced driver with over 14 years of professional driving experience. He also has a background in electricals and electronics, which enhances his technical understanding and problem-solving abilities. Seth is committed to punctuality and safety when driving and consistently demonstrates reliability and professionalism in his work. He looks forward to leveraging his skills and experience to contribute effectively to the mission of WSUP.
