Harizo has a background in Urban and Rural Water Management. He worked at CARE International from 2011 until 2018, when he joined WSUP. He currently holds the position of Programme Assistant in Monitoring & Evaluation.

Jemima has expertise in strengthening organizational and institutional capacities, training, and facilitation in urban and peri-urban settings. Key areas include local governance with a Community-Driven Development Approach (CDDA), engagement in partnerships with civil society, the private sector, and public institutions. Long-term strategic planning, operational planning, communal and fokontany development plans are also addressed. Other aspects encompass team building, social mobilisation, behaviour change communication (IEC CCC), high-intensity labour project management, research-action-training-capitalisation in the water and hygiene sector, knowledge sharing, VSLA approach in urban and peri-urban areas, and social work with a focus on community support, aiding in social reintegration, with specific roles such as animator-educator and ludoteca animator

Dominique serves as the Programme Assistant at WSUP Madagascar, bringing to the team a blend of administrative prowess and a passion for sustainable urban development. He holds a Higher Technician Diploma in Drinking Water Supply from the Centre National de l'Eau, de l'Assainissement et du Génie Rural Nanisana (CNEAGR N) – the National Center for Water, Sanitation and Rural Engineering Nanisana-Antananarivo. Prior to joining WSUP, he honed his practical skills working for CARE International Madagascar, where he played a key role in implementing infrastructure construction projects, conducting technical studies, and ensuring quality control.

Rakotozafy Luris brings a wealth of experience and dedication to environmental management to her role as a Project Assistant for WSUP in Mahajanga, Madagascar.  She holds a postgraduate degree and diploma in advanced study of ecology and the environment. Since December 2022, she has been a permanent team member, leveraging her extensive background to contribute to WSUP's ongoing projects. Luris' commitment to WSUP goes beyond her current position. For two years before joining as a permanent staff member, she served as a consultant, working closely with the urban commune of Mahajanga and local stakeholders on institutional capacity-building projects. This experience honed her skills in fostering collaboration and driving positive change within communities.

Irene has a background in social development. She worked with CARE International from 1997 to 2018, when she joined WSUP, initially as a Hygiene Manager. She currently holds the position of Programme Officer within WSUP.

Solofoharivelo, or Solofo as he's often called, is a valued member of the WSUP Madagascar team, serving both as a driver and providing administrative support.  His reliable transportation services ensure the team can efficiently reach project sites and conduct essential fieldwork.  Solofo also supports the team with administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of WSUP Madagascar.
